Canteen Australia

There’s a flipside to cancer
Flip back

Canteen provides life-changing support that helps young people through a world turned upside down by cancer.

Flip back

Canteen is the only organisation in Australia dedicated to providing free, tailored support for young people impacted by cancer – for over 40 years.

Young people face unique challenges when cancer enters their lives. Whether they are dealing with their own diagnosis, a close family member’s cancer or the death of a loved one, Canteen offers specialist services – including counselling, peer support and practical resources – to ensure they never face these challenges alone.

We also support parents, because when families are supported through cancer, young people cope much better too.
